Rick Foster has been teaching real estate courses since 1990. He earned his real estate license in 1982 and practiced several years for an ERA Real Estate franchise in Ellsworth. In 1990 he formed his own company FOSTER REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISES and combined real estate sales with appraisal work and teaching real estate classes. He still maintains an active Maine Real Estate Brokers license.

Rick teaches all of the qualifying education courses:

• Sales Agent
• Associate Broker
• Designated Broker

He has worked very closely with the Maine Real Estate Commission and has been involved in the state exam process for several years.

In addition to his teaching schedule, Rick also hosts a morning radio program on WDEA (AM 1370) in Ellsworth. He plays the popular standards of the last several decades and mixes in news, weather, sports and lots of fun stories.
